Creating one of a kind works of art
Working from his in-home studio where he lives with his wife and two children, artist Ken Czyzyk specializes in charcoal, airbrush, and acrylic painting and enjoys exploring new and different combinations as a way to create original works of art. No matter what medium he creates with, Ken is able to meticulously capture the realism and character of any subject. A lifetime artist, Ken obtained his art degree from Keystone College in La Plume, Pennsylvania, and has also had the opportunity to attend the Dru Blair Art School for Airbrush to advance his skills. Besides his love for art, Ken is also a Scranton firefighter and is passionate about his commitment to his fellow co-workers. One of his most recent pieces you will see in the gallery is an airbrush work he painted as a gift for the wife and son of one of his fallen firefighter brothers. Many of Ken's other works have also been inspired by his experiences as a firefighter and reflect the awesome power and beauty of fire. Although he has chosen to dedicate his career to serving as a firefighter, Ken has been studying and selling his artwork since beginning college and continues to enjoy creating original works of art and bringing them to the public.
